Luke Gross Director of Amateur Rugby


Luke Gross calls Decatur, Indiana his hometown, located in the state’s northeast. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Marshall University, where he played both college basketball and rugby. Luke has played professional rugby nationally and internationally, playing in Italy, Wales, England, and the United States during a career spanning more than thirteen years. He has 62 USA National Team caps and has participated in three Rugby World Cups. Luke has been coaching the sport for nearly ten years and holds a 300-level USA Rugby coaching certification. Outside of rugby, he enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and spending time with family.
